Terms of Use

1) General

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bracely app (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2) Age & eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract under applicable law.

3) Account & identifier

No separate account is created. The App uses a generated technical identifier (“deviceId”) tied to your installation to access features.

4) Functionality

calendar of visits and reminders;
tracking braces-wear period and progress;
storing and comparing “before/after” photos;
access to educational materials and the AI assistant;
cloud synchronization of user data.

5) User content

You retain rights to content you upload (including photos and texts). By providing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, revocable, purpose-limited license to store, process, back up, and display such content solely to operate the App. You represent that you have the necessary rights and that your content does not infringe third-party rights.

You must not upload or distribute illegal materials, content infringing third-party rights, hate or abusive content, pornography, or other materials prohibited by law.

6) Payments & subscriptions

Subscription validation is handled via Adapty. Specific prices and plans are not listed in these Terms and may be shown in the app stores or within the App. Payment, auto-renewal, and refunds are governed by the rules of the respective store (Apple App Store/Google Play).

7) AI assistant

AI assistant responses may be generated using the Qwen model. Conversations are transmitted to the provider solely to generate replies. We do not permit the provider to use your conversations to train its models. Do not share information in chats that you are not comfortable disclosing.

8) Medical disclaimer

Bracely is not a medical device and does not replace consultation with an orthodontist. All information is for reference only. For medical matters, seek professional advice.

9) Privacy

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10) License & restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not decompile, modify, bypass technical limitations, use the App to build competing services, or transfer rights to third parties.

11) Intellectual property

All rights in the App, its code, design, databases, texts and materials (excluding user content) belong to Individual Entrepreneur MAKSIM TETERIN and/or its rights holders. No rights are transferred to you except as expressly provided in these Terms.

12) Updates & changes

We may release updates (including mandatory ones), change or discontinue certain features. Material changes to these Terms will be posted in the App/website.

13) Limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, loss of data, profits or goodwill, or for decisions made by users based on the App’s content or AI assistant responses.

14) Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and deleting your data via the relevant settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or legal requirements.

15) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Georgia, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
